As you review the Times Colonist, the Real Estate Victoria homes magazine or even the national real estate site at www.mls.ca you may come across ads for homes that may be of interest to you.

To get additional information you may normally have phoned the sales person to receive such basic information as the list price or even the address. Sometimes phoning the listing Realtor involves unnecessary telephone tag or a long wait to receive a return phone call. Sound familiar?

Well now there is a quick, easy, convenient and confidential way to receive listing data, price & address information along with property photos.

If you already know the MLS number of a specific listing and you would like to receive the address and some additional specific simply complete the following form. Please note that I reserve the right to limit the number of MLS records I will process for non clients.

For your convenience you can access and search mls.ca directly from the search box below. Just enter the area of interest i.e. Saanich, Oak Bay, Colwood  etc. For additional details regarding specific listings, simply return to this email message and enter the MLS numbers to the form below and I will forward the complete data including the property address.
